Garlic-Fried Ravioli and Tomato

Buitoni's Whole Wheat Four Cheese Ravioli is tasty on its own merits, but I like to make good things better... Tonight I made the ravioli into a dish I'm calling Garlic-Fried Ravioli and Tomato.

Preparation involves cooking the ravioli to package instructions, draining well, then frying the ravioli in garlic-flavored olive oil. Toss in some tomato and that's pretty much all there is to it.

If you're thinking, "How can fried be healthy?" I can answer that. There's hardly any oil involved and it's olive oil so it's generally healthy. You have to remember that it's okay to have some oil.
