Penne All'Arrabbiata

Penne All'Arrabbiata ("In a Rage") has got to be the easiest EatingWell recipe I've made so far. Not only is it easy, but it is really fast too.

We enjoyed this dish so much that we had it two nights in a row. Tonight it was much hotter than the night before since the crushed red pepper had more time to soak into the tomato sauce. I prefer it spicier, so for me this is a great make ahead sauce.

Tip: When a recipe calls for garlic to be cooked in oil and then you're asked to discard the garlic, try using garlic oil instead. That will save you time, and it is easier to keep garlic oil on hand than fresh garlic.
