Seared Chicken with Apricot Sauce

Day 11's dinner was Seared Chicken with Apricot Sauce. We used fresh Tarragon which has a sort of licorice flavor to it.

Dan loved it, as did everyone else. I can have it once every few months maybe, but it was really rich for me.
