Skillet Gnocchi with Chard & White Beans

Tonight's dinner is Skillet Gnocchi with Chard & White Beans. Gnocchi is one of my favorite Italian foods to eat. If you've never had gnocchi, you're missing out. This was my first time having wheat gnocchi and it was great. I wasn't sure this recipe would turn out well given the gnocchi isn't boiled, but it sure surprised me. Lots of great flavor. I can't wait until tomorrow for lunch!

My only complaint is the portions are a bit small. However, gnocchi is VERY filling so it's not as small as it might look.

(I used spinach instead of chard, per recipe's suggestion.)

Which kind is your favorite? I have recipes for polenta, ricotta, and potato but have only tried the first.
